Wisconsin Asiago is aged to develop sharper flavors and a firm granular texture. Flavor is comparable to Parmesan, yet is slightly sweeter. Grate on everything from soups, salads, and pastas, to steaks and seafood. Goes well with figs, grapes, apples, pears, dried fruits, and balsamic vinegar.
