This Swiss is the youngest and mildest Swiss we carry. Best used as a deli cheese, great for cold sandwiches and hot ham and cheeses. It is sold immediately after curing, without age, hence the name, Baby.Cut from 7 pound loaves, sold by the pound, weights vary.
